At Insieme, we provide a handful of packages for the event planning process. Each one with its own catered details and amenities.
Venue Rates
WEEKDAY M-T: $200/HOUR
(Minimum 2 Hours)
FRIDAY DAY: $220/HOUR
(Minimum 2 Hours)
FRIDAY EVENING: $250/HOUR
(Minimum 2 Hours)
SATURDAY + SUNDAY: $250/HOUR (Minimum 2 Hours)

Insieme is also available to rent out without the purchase of food! We kindly ask that outside food is not brought in.
Youth sports teams &
organizations
Designed for school & community-based youth organizations.
At Insieme, we will work directly with your organization to host your banquets, award nights or parent/player gatherings. This package includes food, event space, tables and chairs for banquet style seating.
Room rental fee is waived for organizations of this nature. Must be a school-affiliated organization, a club team serving local students, a 501(c)(3) youth organization or pertain a tax-exempt status with valid documentation.
Event design and set up
Our event coordinator, Emily Yost, is here to help execute your event's visual details. Emily has years of experience within the wedding and event planning industry and has a strong passion for event design!

Emily will take care of all the decor set-up and placement on the day of your event so you only have to worry about showing up!
